      Pros

      It's been a wild ride! I came to FFL from a sales job. I wanted to have success fast, so I started watching the trainings and listening to the podcasts months before I took my insurance agent exam. When I hit the field I was making 5,000 a week from the get go! The second month, no joke I did 40 grand. I will be a VP sooner than anyone in the history of this company.

      I am not having the best success at hiring. I will get there!

      Pros

      I have three young kids at home but I needed to work to help my family. I work part-time when I can with FFL and help to support my family while being around for my kids at the same time. I dial when they are in school and run appts. I never run appts after 2pm or weekends! It's great for me and I get to be with my family and work! Thanks FFL.

      Cons

      I can't think of a cons. I like to work with people and I am making more than I can at a regular part time job!

      Pros

      Great opportunity. This is a killer company. Everything from the comp, to the training, the annual convention which is FREE, and the people are top-notch. Really I have no complaints. It is insurance and it's a decent company.
