      Pros

      I never went to college so I thought I great career was out of my reach. Guess again!! FFL does not care if I have a degree or not. I am out serving the people with people who have worked and earned master degrees, and we all make the same amount. Glad I joined FFL. It's a life changer.

      I lost my last job for my fashion choices. I knew then I had to work for myself. I saw an ad on Facebook of all places for FFL. I emailed them, and they were amazing. They get me studying for my exam and soon after I passed and got on the road. I am so supported but I am working for myself. I wear what I want to wear! I love my new career and I want to thank FFL for all they do for the agents.

      Working for yourself can be hard but once you get the hang of it you can do ok!

      Pros

      Being tied into an office type job is just not for me. I want to be out and about in the world, and I want to be able to create my schedule! I was driving an Uber when I found FFL. I got my license in a few weeks, and I was off and running. I like helping families become protected from unfortunate circumstances, and I love never being tied down. I am my boss and worker. The comp is outstanding. Don't miss this opportunity.

      Cons

      Weekend are the best time to work. Learn to love a Wednesday off.
