Pros

I have been in sales my whole career, but I have always worked for someone else. At this point in my life, I wanted to work for me, but what would I do with my skill set. I heard about FFL from a friend and decided to give it a try. FFL is the perfect combo of independent and working for someone else. I work for me, but FFL provides free training and a host of resources. I adore my local agents, and we are a team, but the days off I take are MY business.

Cons

Flying without a net and working for comission has been a tad scary but I am getting used to working for me!

Going Strong

Pros

I have been in sales my whole career, and I found myself without a job. I decided to give Family First Life a try. It's been great. I studied for my insurance agent license and passed the test pretty easily. I then started working in the field and recently became NSSA certified. I like working with seniors on final expense coverage and med sup. I can make my own hours. I will be working with Family First Life until I retire!

Cons

I have no cons report. It is a great opportunity.

Pros

This opportunity can change your life. I decided to jump on board and I am happy. I like the freedom of being my OWN boss. I like helping families and getting better and better at learning the different options to help the families I meet with. If I don't work I don't get paid but I can work more to get ahead and take time off when I want to!

Cons

This is not for everyone. It is a career not a job. You have to be self motivated.
