Family First Life provides a complete road map to becoming successful. Corporate provide five new trainings weekly and not to mention the local agencies that also offer training. All the trainings are recorded and available 24/7 to all agents. This will help you to get successful in the field fast! It is important to become a student of the industry!

Cons

This is like owning your own business. It takes time and hard work.

I never thought about insurance as a career. I though insurance was for old dudes. Was I ever wrong! The compensation is outstanding and the team I joined is more young women then men. We are a young group and with FFL we are changing the face of insurance. Join us!!

As an older agent I thought I would not be welcomed at Family First Life. I went to a sales conference and it was the opposite. I met the best people and I had a ton of training that day. I work mostly full time and I am excited to end my career with Family First Life.

Cons

There are no cons I can share now. I am happy.
