      Pros

      With Family First Life, there is never a shortage of support and encouragement from other agents as well as other hiring managers. The system here works and everyone wants to see each other succeed! As agents, we are highly compensated while helping families get the protection they need. We have warm leads. Day 1 renewals. It was a no brainer when I decided to come on board with FFL. It has been life changing financially for me and my family.
