      Pros

      Leads, HIGH COMP, no contracts, vesting day one, elite training. I never thought there was a community out there with so many people driven towards to same goal- making a lot of a money and impacting a ton of families. FFL offers the best for its clients and agents. You couldn’t pay me to leave.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t change a thing about FFL the only thing we hope to do more of is share the same opportunity that has changed so many of our lives. We need to reach more people and if you’re reading this you NEED to make the jump. A lot of us have had a negative taste from flaws in the industry - this will change your mind and your life... if you let it.
