      Pros

      Always thought a lack of education would hold me back as I got my GED just a few years back. I have always worked super hard and knew I could make something out of myself if I had the chance. Family First Life gave me that chance! It has not been easy, and I had a TON to learn, but I am succeeding. I love making my own hours and knowing this is my business, but I am not in it alone.

      Cons

      Working weekends is my biggest con. I need to grow up!

      Pros

      Got my insurance license in 2007 and made next to nothing and quit soon after. I was expected to have a "warm" market. I then floated job to job never really making a living. Finally, a buddy from the insurance days told me about FFL. I was not interested until he told me about the lead programs and the lack of upper management, asking you to lean on your "warm" market. The training has been superb, and I am making a decent living.

      Cons

      There are no cons when you make what you are worth.

      Pros

      I have been insurance my whole career. I never made much, and I had over the last few years become demoralized. A few of my buddies had made the move to Family First Life. After seeing their success, I decided to go with them as well. Although I have been in insurance for years, I decided to try selling the FFL way. I have learned so much, and I am making more than I ever have. I started loving my job helping families again.

      Cons

      It is very hard to undo everything you know about your job but it has been so worth it.
