Pros

Got my insurance license in 2007 and made next to nothing and quit soon after. I was expected to have a "warm" market. I then floated job to job never really making a living. Finally, a buddy from the insurance days told me about FFL. I was not interested until he told me about the lead programs and the lack of upper management, asking you to lean on your "warm" market. The training has been superb, and I am making a decent living.

Cons

There are no cons when you make what you are worth.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Cons

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
