      Pros

      The company has really high compensation and was founded by a man who worked in real estate for many years and wanted to fix the issues he found in the other companies he worked for. The result is a very employee focused company.

      Cons

      It is somewhat expensive in the beginning when you have to buy leads so be prepared for that.
