Pros

I have been a part timer with FFL for two years. My day job has a formindable pension so I don't want to quit but I don't make what I want to make. FFL has been amazing. Part-time I make more than my day job. I can retire from my day job in 5 years with a full pension then I plan to go full time with FFL!!

Cons

It's work like any job but you work for yourself.

I am a career agent. I have been captive and independent. I never thought I made what I was worth and never felt fully attached to a company. A friend reccomended FFL. I went to one of their meetings and I loved the idea but was skeptical. I got a great upline and their training even taught me a few things. I made more the first half this year than I did all of last. The culture is young which is nice and very progressive.

Cons

No cons to report. It's been wonderful so far.
