Can make great money when you have someone above you that actually wants you to succeed and helps you

Cons

No incentive for your upline to really help you succeed Leads sold by the company are bad, no one that is successful here actually uses them. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY LEADS, they are used to take advantage of new agents. No training for new agents

Blatant lies about income claims across the entire company - nobody makes as much as they say they do which is why the FTC filed a cease and desist order against them.

If you have extra money in your bank that you don't need.

Cons

You will be lied to about leads. They will sell you recycled data that the want you to believe is fresh leads. They have contractual arrangements with carriers that will lock you out of the industry when you leave.
