Pros

Good money to be made if you become a slave for them.

Cons

Majority of the executive VPs are very you g and naive when it comes to being a good leader. They are all Instagram models, VERY money hungry, and they get secret ‘kick backs’ from Integrity marketing group whenever the agents underneath them spend all their money on the CRM leads (which are provided by Integrity). The executive VPs also get monthly bonuses if their team production reaches certain numbers however when an agent underneath them wants to rise to their level, the executive VP will have to share part of the bonus and this causes the lower ranking agent a major halt in hierarchy status bc the exec VP might refuse to let them rise. This company is full of money hungry social media microInfluencers that only show support to their slave worker bees and will refuse to support any agent that works part time or produces lower numbers, despite the agent asking for help/advice.

Pros

I signed up with family first life in November 2021. It took a couple months to get licensed and contracted with their carriers. After all in all I got my upline and they suggested to buy 100 instant internet leads. I got them and wow what a bummer. 20 of the leads were disconnected numbers. 30 did not answer and the leads that did answer said they never requested life insurance or filled out any forms and they were not interested. I also tried everquote leads and I got the same deal there

Cons

Good leads are hard to come by and the family first life CRM does not have it.

We're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. We have 100's of agents who've been able to get results off of those same lead types. If you need additional help with training please contact our corporate office.

Pros

Learn about telephone sales techniques from the 1990's.

Cons

Advance commissions are LOANS based on low income seniors paying their monthly premiums. If they don't pay, the insurance companies charge YOU back. Leads are sold to many agents, and you will pay $5-35 per lead. You should have $10k saved to allow you enough leads and time to possibly break even after your first 90 days.
