Pros

You can easily get into insurance sales.

Cons

Appears to by MLM which is fine but there seems to be a fair amount of misinformation this company doles out on insurance commissions. And as I've always said, when you have a company that emphasizes downline, individual production can go by the wayside.

Pros

Multiple carriers, good comp grid.

Cons

Miscommunication from the top down. Management tries to hard sell forcing you to buy leads and travel. If you can't sell in your own backyard you're not cut out for sales.

We are a lead based company and we are 100% upfront about that with every new agent but agents have no obligation to buy leads. We do not "force" or "hard sell" leads to anyone in fact we don't even sell our own leads we have exclusive deals through different lead vendors. Our leads are exclusive and never re-sold after the first purchase. Leads are available in areas all over the country but based on population not every agent can sell in their own backyard most agents that are willing to work have no problem traveling an hour or two to write $10,000 a week in premium which we work hard to teach every agent how to do so. With a starting comp of 100% it's very simple for a new agent to cash flow over $20,000 a month in their first 90 days. With our free training we work very hard in teaching how to do so and we focus on making every agent profitable. We also purchase leads for new agents when they start with Family First Life to help them get going and making money before they buy their own leads.

Don’t do it

Pros

Camaraderie with some people who are trying their hardest in the business

Cons

Leads cost a lot and they lied about leads not shared with others. Total lies. I tried my hardest and put everything all in, obeyed and copied everything they said for me to do because I really want to be successful in this and I am a person who is all in when I have committed but it is lies. Not only I didn’t make the money they said I would, I have incurred debts from leads cost, chargebacks, extra phone lines, gas, car maintenance and sometimes have to worry about my safety because of following the leads. And also lots of time wasted when I could have worked for a steady salary. Small but it is all mine and no one can take it back from me. I regret 100% of joining FFL. They posted production $20K, $40K per month bla bla but they should not. They should only tell you the balance earned every month after all leads cost, chargebacks and all related costs, then it is fair to say if they are doing well.
