Pros

Really no pros to this company. The only pro is maybe they are good at blowing smoke trying to make u think they care and they don’t

Cons

The ceo acts like some college kid who does not know how to be professional and grow up. The leads are not quality they are resold They up charge leads n then take the up charged money to line their own pockets and say oh here’s a bonus. Lol it’s ur own money only idiots would fall for this scam Highest comp. promised. Nope only one carrier of their three offers it n they offer u it then take it away

At Family First Life we do not resell leads, every lead that you buy through us is an exclusive lead that is only distributed to one agent. Exclusive leads do cost more than shared leads or resold leads, that being said we do not require agents to purchase leads through FFL we simply provide options for the agents but you are free to buy leads through any place you want. Every carrier we work with does have different comp levels but FFL offers the highest comp possible with every carrier we work with. For more information contact us at 860-317-1324

Pros

Unlimited is a potential outcome. This is a company for pros. Not newbies. You must know your business. The Company Design is admirable,

Cons

There is no mid-management for simple problems. Leads. Leads. Leads. When you request leads from the company and it takes months to receive them you are hung out to dry! You are forced into buying them from an outside source, which by the way, is owned by the upper management. This can be a real simple problem, but without a manger or an agency that is involved, turns into a major one. The training is actually videos by the ownership and the weekly "training calls" are just producers thumping their chests. They constantly push you to starting your own agency. I guess if it was that easy,., all of the independent producers would be agency owners.........

First and foremost, regarding FFL being a company only for “pros," we'd like to state that this is most certainly not the case. In fact, just last week we had 52 brand new agents issue pay over $2500 for the week; all agents who started after January 1st of this year. Beyond that, FFL goes the extra mile and is willing to help individuals who'd like to get started with a career in insurance by offering a free pre-licensing course so that they can become certified. We have and will always be a company that strives to work with people who have a passion for helping others, regardless of their current experience level. Moving onto to the comments about FFL's lead program, we'd like to state that they are all absolutely untrue. We do not own any of the lead programs and, in fact, work with multiple different companies that specialize in lead distribution. It's possible that an agent might purchase a lead from an outside vendor that sells to multiple IMO’s but with that being said, FFL has and will never sell a lead to more than one FFL agent. We have also never heard any feedback from our agents stating that they had to wait for months in order to obtain leads. Our lead department is extremely focused on addressing any issue brought to them by an agent. We have a clear and open line of communication and encourage our agents to call our lead department directly with any concerns they may have. As it pertains to building an agency, FFL has never forced this upon any of our agents. We support our managers in their hiring efforts if that's what they choose to do, but the core of our training has always focused on how to become a better producer. We do this because we know that it will have a greater immediate impact on improving that agent's income for themselves and their family. All of FFL's training is conducted by our top agents who ar personally producing at least $20,000 in a month. That being said, the training is not designed for these agents to "thump their chests", rather it is to share the sales strategies and techniques they are utilizing so that other agents may learn and benefit as well. FFL is also aware that some agents may benefit more from hands on training, so our top producers will even train and make live sales call at our regional sales conferences. These trainings are designed to be interactive with the agents attending so that we can make sure that everyone who's interested in learning has the opportunity to do so in a variety of ways. FFL prides itself on being a company that was built by agents and for agents; Therefore, we will always encourage any type of constructive feedback so that we can continue to improve and offer a safe and productive environment for our agents. Please keep in mind that FFL is currently hiring for life producers all over the country. We strongly believe in our vision and steadfast commitment to putting our agents needs first. As far as we know, we are the only IMO in the country that doesn't require you to sign a contract with our IMO to get started. We have nothing to hide, and will always be upfront with who we are as a company. If you're currently a licensed agent or interested in pursing a career in insurance we encourage you to call our hiring department at 860-317-1324 EXT.1324.

Pros

People you see are great. Nice to help people with financial security. The training is endless.

Cons

No one tells you how bad the chargebacks can be. In order to even out your chargebacks, you have to work 24/7. They sell "part time" is easy and you can make $20,000 a month doing part time. They don't tell you that a lot of that will end up in chargebacks or how much you have spend on leads. They only focus on what and agent WROTE That month. They could of written $50,000 in business but they include all applications. A lot of those won't be approved, a lot will be chargebacks and you are spending A LOT of money on leads to make that money. The company focus's a lot more on HIRING AGENTS because they lose people so fast once they realize the chargeback situation. Hiring agents non stop is the only way the people at the top are making money. Also NO ONE tells you that if you get chargebacks you can't afford, your upline has to pay it. If you hire agents and they can't payback a big chargeback, you are responsible to the company for that money VERY DECEPTIVE
