It's a good company but the treatment from the heads of the company to the the employers really sucks

Independence, challenging, dynamic, great team, good company for learn, it's a piece to make good contacts

Cons

Salary, environment, communication with the heads it's impossible, the head aren't conscious of all the work that the teams has to do and they don't motivate properly
