Pros
It's a fun and challenging company, each day is diferent from the previous one. Good opportunities for growth within the company if you work hard. The place is full of smart and interesting people and there's a great working enviorenment. There are excellent benefits (store discounts!) and a good salary compaired to other similar company.
Cons
Long working hours in peak season, the management should plan better to prevent such big variations in the work load during the year. There is not enough formal training given to workers. The offices are not very nice and the location is not covinient for most employees.
