lack of strategic focus by higher management that result in working with no defined goals lack of opportunities to learn and grow way to segmented areas that imply meeting with lots of people and slow processes lack of life's quality and recognition of one's work horrible infrastructure and location

A very good place to start your career, you will learn a lot from your managers specially if you work in e-commerce, because falabbella is one of the most advance e-commerce of Chile and South America. A very good work environment

Cons

You will work extra hours, the work load is too high. The location is very bad, is in the downtown of the city, which is very dirty and not so secure. The offices are not very friendly and sometimes you will have to wrok in basements, which can be very depressing
