Really good culture, no work pressure, no in-out tracking that's why you can login and logout at anytime , no hard rules to maintain 9 hours, great learning, great managers, good pay

Cons

Couple of things which I felt - * 3 months probation periods.. *They pay more compare to other companies but there expectations are too high. They will hire you for senior engineer designation and would expect you to handle architect level work *No proper KT at all. No one will help you or provide proper KT on the project.. This makes work difficult as you will pressure of your manager expectation as well.
