Biggest retail in Chile and South America

Cons

Technology in Falabella is several steps behind than other retailers ( i.e Cencosud and Mercado Libre). It currently struggles with a digital transformation process. Several high-rank and middle managers do not understand what is this process about and make projects much harder. Too much people living in their confort zones and believing Falabella is the best company in retail.

Org need to be serious on permanent and contract employee as there are too many contractors and falabella more looks a like thoughtwork workspace or sapient workspace
