Good place to learn, but not to stay long! - Area Manager Falabella Employee Review

Technology in Falabella is several steps behind than other retailers ( i.e Cencosud and Mercado Libre). It currently struggles with a digital transformation process. Several high-rank and middle managers do not understand what is this process about and make projects much harder. Too much people living in their confort zones and believing Falabella is the best company in retail.
