Great place to work for, good strong management team and training. Busy hotel with high occupancy. Great benefits compared to other hotels on the beach.

I'm so proud we just got ranked #1 by Conde Nast - and we should. This team works so hard and handles a lot of challenges that come with working on Miami Beach. Free healthcare, free daily meal, tons of perks, and great family-feel with the staff. I have been on the team since pre-opening and this team houses the best talent in Miami. Faena throws the BEST parties too! The holiday party last year felt like the Oscars, and they do quarterly recognition parties with food, dancing, prizes and entertainment.

Cons

Working on the beach can be a tough commute for people, but Faena pays the best wages so it evens out.
