      Great Company on a smaller scale. No Job stability - major outsourcing and moving sites

      Pros

      FIS is great within the smaller environment. The managers are very firendly, encouraging, and supportive. They value their employees.

      Cons

      Constantly laying off on all levels. going offshore with as many jobs as possible and moving departments from site to site. You never feel that you will have a job in the next year.

      Pay is decent, benefits (health) are excellent..other than that, just another large corporate employer.

      Cons

      ...just another large, corporate employer. They tend to low-ball internal promotions and transfers in regards to salary, while offering much higher salaries to external hires.
