One cannot ever expect a good KT even when he/she is brand new to the organization The project I was in BNPP always remains in a bad shape but even then new hires are directly put in that project Upper management and QA manager of this project have no idea how to train their people and they think themselves as Kings instead of managers. There is always a pressure of working on weekends. Now they are deducting variable 10 %
