Pros

Only one pros is that to influence you to join. Nothing else.

Cons

There is a list of cons... Not for developer...very outdated technologies. Managers are nonsense..you are going to washroom and they will stop you to ask your status :) Master slave policy....director have own washroom (and no req of director in this company )u will have smelly one. U will face knee prob in sometime coz seat are worse here as compare to IT industry. If project get success after lots of yr hard work then so called top management go for party ( what stupid this is). Support team like IT, HR, finance are worse. Don't know why they get job. And many more....totally frustrating environment. Don't know who has given positive feedback for this company. Must be chamcha :)

Pros

Good job security if you do your job at an above average level.

Cons

1.5-2% yearly raise based strictly on merit. 5% maximum raise at time of promotion or position change within organization per company policy. FIS is a hodge podge of organizations slapped together over the past 10 years. Due to this there are many unknowns in the organization and it makes daily tasks difficult. Many stakeholders want information and nobody knows how to get it. This creates incremental workload for all parties reporting to stakeholders. All decisions are made based on what will happen to the stock price. Unfortunately this sometimes results in layoffs and organization wide hiring freezes. This is also the reason for therest being such petty annual raises.
