Pros

Nice facilities In Jacksonville and there is mobility to change jobs, Stock purchase plan and decent 401K match. Milwaukee locations are rather grim.

Cons

Reorganizations year after year along with reductions in force. There is no sense of job security. Get in at a good salary as it is hard to advance with minimal merit increases.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the time you have taken to write your review and are happy to hear that you appreciated the work environment and other benefits provided at FIS. As you mentioned, FIS continues to grow and develop through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions, and sometimes that requires change across various aspects of the organization, including reorganization in business units. Since you are no longer an active FIS colleague, we can’t get more details on your feedback with regards to the other cons you have mentioned but we wish you the best of luck.

Pros

No pros at all. Nothing good

Cons

Manager and most of the senior is very bad. They behave very rudely. They think employees as their slave. Top management should ask feedback about managers and some senior guys who treating very bad with the employees. It was my mistake joining this company. I will never ever suggest people to join this company in Bangalore . No work life balance. Very pathetic experience.

Ok benefits, ability to work remotely, no incentive to stay

Pros

25 days annual leave, private healthcare and dental insurance, £20 per month contribution from FIS towards wellbeing. Easy to work from home. People are nice.

Cons

In the past year it has been redundancy after redundancy. Key people who have worked here 15+ years are being made to leave. No hiring is being done, so with key people gone, gaps are having to be filled by the rest of the already stretched team. Busy pipeline of work despite very few people available to do the work. Lack of communication from senior management. Lack of structure between LOB and CIO causing project delays. Good starting salary but no incentive for graduates to stay. Quarterly and annual reviews mean nothing. Despite succeeding in every task set, taking on additional responsibilities and consistently meeting goals - your compensation is not affected. Career progression doesn't really exist.
