Pros

Advancement opportunity, affordable benefits, 'family' atmosphere. Management is open to suggestion most of the time. Flexible schedule, so you're allowed to set your own start and end times.

Cons

Pay, while more than minimum wage, is still laughable. HR Department is uneducated, and I was actually fired over the phone during an FMLA leave. My 'people representative' conveniently let me go after finding out about my mental illness, which is illegal.

Certain policies are Nice Frequent events such as Yoga and all are really good

Cons

Its not at all an employee friendly company Worst management, Lot of Politics Even though you resign higher management is still capable of adding your name under absconding category Most shocking factor: They don't even provide the relieving letter.

Pros

A lot of my co-workers really seemed to think that FIS was a really good company to work for and my time there did seem to open doors to other opportunities outside of FIS.

Cons

It really does feel like you are just a number, the company is not loyal to it's employees and the pay/benefits are lacking. It doesn't feel like a technology company with all of the issues they have with their products/equipment.
