      Pros

      Company is continuously profitable in a rapidly growing fintech industry. Work on projects that have a global impact. Good vacation days.

      Cons

      Company only cares about the bottom dollar. Low career growth and salary ceiling. Refuses to offer competitive benefits. This year they cut all bonuses and refused to give raises to any employees, despite having $4 billion in liquid reserves, spending $14 billion on buying back shares of stock, and raising their stock dividend 11%.

      No growth financially: career blocking for 2/3 years experienced people

      Pros

      Local people working here are more Mostly midlevel seniors more in number in every project.

      Cons

      Many midlevel developers mostly are mean though they have experience they wont be professional. Though you ll be in their team they will try to block you, blame you but as they are senior you will remain silent in case a bit lesser experiened. No support or help frm teammates you are on your own. Support only for midelevel to midlevel. If manager is new no control over the team nightmare project. Products are customized framework based thus pain in understsnding as least documentation and no support from team. No KT provided here in new project the buddy assigned is manger licking person and such people just show they are helpful but will not give you even a small drop of kmowledge though you question. 2 years no hike though company got 21% profit. 1st year of FIS===no hike though u worked for 8/10/11 months.

      Dismissing employees during a pandemic/Christmas

      Cons

      Firing entire teams of employees while company is doing extremely well and blaming it on Covid. So shameful that such a large organization like FIS that drives of employees hard work let people go during such a devastating time when they should be supporting them.
