Good company and staff, but poorly mis-managed.

Pros

Very dedicated and hard working employees that often go above and beyond what is expected of them.

Cons

Management (within Fidelity Technical Services) is out of touch with staff, often asking them to work unreasonable hours and not hold true to a decent work/life balance burning out very committed staff. Recent layoffs have compounded this issue. Opportunities for advancement or ability to contribute are hampered with a individual political silos of staff acquired though previous acquisitions (ie. Alltell) that make it difficult for new management to break into.

Pros

Excellent people - very competent. Good work life balance. Good remuneration.

Cons

FNIS is a very fragmented organization. Over the last few years it has acquired many companies that had competing products that have now become Silos in their own domains. There is no cross culturing between them and Sales as well as Implementation teams have no clear cut direction as to what products they should be focusing on.
