Pros

Coworkers are extremely talented and smart individuals and good people to work with.

Cons

There is little to no room for advancement within the company, unless you like to take on more responsibility without any significant pay increase. It is very political and promotions seem to be granted based on how well an employee plays politics rather than according to ability. It is extremely difficult to get a raise above 3%. Upper management seems extremely out of touch with what actually motivates employees. The company is highly bureaucratic. Communication from management and between departments could be better.

work is challenging and management recognizes the hard work their employees do every day (at least in my experience).

Cons

The large company (30,000+ employees) mentality has gotten the best of the corporation as a whole, and at many times you can feel like just a number.

Pay is subpar compared to same position in other companies. Overworked staff. Not a family oriented company even though they try and say they are they don't act the role.
