Pros
You get the whole of the Variable Salary as your take home...I have taken 100 % variable back home till date (as they dont have any criteria for the calculation of the variable salary part).
Cons
1.No one is accountable here...not HR, not Admin ...nor Managment 2.No great policies and poor execution. 3.Work culture makes you feel suffocated as its the company for MANAGERS not anyone below them in rank. Almost every policy from Tax-Avoidance FBP to Parking can be availed only by Managers and above. 4.They will promise you something else while recruiting you and will assign you altogether different set of tasks on board. 5.No one is interested what technical skills you bring to table and Team leads just want to satisfy the Management with excel sheets. 6.Ineffective Managers and incompetent tech leads make your learning/growth curve to make a dive in ocean. 7. I wont suggest anyone to join FIS,Gurgaon as it will degrade your technical skills and you will be working in a company of Sirs and Maams only with nothing else to offer.
