Pros

Work life balance Leave policy flexible working hours.. you dont need to be in office for 8-9 hr every day,

Cons

Bad senior management. Can play politics around anybody on floor - be it a fresher. They dont care about any one's career. You dont agree with them on a trivial topic, start looking for an option. Senior managers always open to gossips and rumors. You will get promoted if you have these tactics. People with skills are not required as they can leave anytime. FIS welcomes people with low morale or poor skills as those can be suppressed easily. If you are a techie. This place is not for you. If you love comfort think again... Do u want to loose your skills? It is really hard to crack an interview if you stayed with FIS for more than a year. They dont have good projects. Only good thing is Banking domain and that's what they keep blabbering about but how many times are you interviewed on domains? Senior managers keep telling you that you are lucky to be part of FIS... never will they say FIS is proud to have you.

Pros

You can get basic benefits which you can get with other companies also

Cons

1) Management has no clue and interest in knowing what their employees are going through. 2) Lack of support and respect from management. 3) Very political, toxic and blame gaming environment. 4) People spend 70% time in playing politics instead of doing actual work. 5) Management only interested in covering themself, hiding the truth and expect same from you instead of facing it and taking corrective actions against RIGHT people. 6) Overtime work not appreciated by saying even a single 'Thank you' word.
