Easily the people for the most part are cooperative and friendly

Cons

Management needs to do a bit of internal review regarding self promotion vs the promotion of their employees. High manager circulation and lack of communication causes employees careers to stagnate.

Pros

There are some perks like discounts on flight and car rentals. It's a good work environment the job is good.

Cons

The pay is horrible, and you don't get raises, they have bonuses that you can get from performance. I don't like the shift bid process, I don't think you should bid for someone shift, I feel shift bids should be for available shifts. I also feel if you have a schedule where you would need to take off that you should have the option to use a vacation day or not to be paid.
