Cons
Some challenges of working for FIS include the following: Frequently operates with a skeleton crew, meaning the resources are sparse and often times folks are overworked and under appreciated. Employees will do 2-3 other's job responsibilities to cover the lack of resources. The amount of turn over is high, creating a young and under-experienced team. Certain positions are putting in 10-12 hours very frequently. Work-life balance can be a struggle for those you cannot tell management "no". There are a high number of dissatisfied customers, mainly because promises to them aren't being kept and SLA's are not being met; this might be directly related to lack of resources and under-experienced crews.
