Compensation is very poor compared to the market standards. No Bonus. it's better to look for some other opportunity instead of joining here. At least your future will be saved. There is a team called "Prepaid solutions", which is the worst team in the company. This is not at all a development team but they claim this as a development team and spoil the future of developer by putting them in this team. During CMMI inspection they did show this team as a support team and got the CMMI Level 3 certification. HR will never review the concerns raised by employees. They will always go in hand with the manger whenever an issue is raised by an employee which leads to backfire for the employee who raises the issue to HR.
