Pros

If you're in the call center there are few pros. Call center people get treated like peons. Even during employee appreciation week when they have a little carnival on the property with food and games etc, call center employees are manning the phones while everyone else is getting paid to have fun. It's a very toxic work environment.

Cons

Management doesn't care about the callers or employees. They care about their numbers and nothing else. They micromanage the reps to death. Stress levels are high and it's not uncommon to see people literally fall out. There's actually a standard procedure that management and security does when this happens. All the while everyone else is expected to keep working and pretend there isn't someone laying in an isle.

Pros

Gained experience, decent compensation to start

Cons

Throw you to the wolves, promise support and never follow through, HUGE disconnect and poor communication especially after constant mergers, very shady literally look for reasons to fire people. Will work you to death and toss you out after using you up. Keep the bad managers and let good people go. Play very dirty, you must always watch your back and trust no one.
