Great team and work culture.

Cons

Terrible work life balance. Worked 70 hours a week. Also, plenty of jobs sent offshore and lack of communication between teams made day to day work challenging.

Cons

Company is downsizing and shifting positions to third party contractors. New hires and internal transfers are required to be located near an office and are expected to be hybrid.

Great pay and benefits. Not much micromanaging. You’re responsible for assisting the customers and that’s all you really do.

Cons

Removing performance based bonuses. Blocking PTO. Layoffs. CSR’s never stay in one department so it’s difficult to feel like the job is stable. The opportunities for career growth are minimal because you can’t stay anywhere long enough to move up.
