Pros

Fair wage, good hours - flexible vacations and caring management teams make this place the best work environment I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Traffic getting there right now is hell, but they are working with the local business and state to fix that eventually.

Pros

Good Work life balance, depending on Project and Manager. Employees are not over burdened to deliver.

Cons

Working on legacy software. Not agile to adapt new technology, mostly working on technology nearly 5 years old technologies. If someone wants to grow faster would like to go out of the company after a year or so. Whoever stays in the company are insecure and incapable to get competitive job outside and hence involve in politics to save their jobs.

Pros

Good work life balance Good benefits

Cons

Leadership changes all the time. My direct report changed three times in six months! Hire and fire policy with surprisingly many new hires (>50%) not passing their probation period in spite of doing a good job and having worked for well respected companies in the past. I was myself made redundant after 7 months and given only a week's notice although probation period was 6 months! This was in spite of having a very strong sales pipeline.
