Pros

After 1 year feel bad why did I join. I am sure the good comments would have been paid comments . If you do have any other offer don't think just join other company.

Cons

All about the company. 1) Many projects still use legacy standards. 2) During recruitment no proper instruction on the shift. Shifts are not according to HR standards. Only few people do shifts others enjoy. 3) Worst part , the shift allowance is taxable. You are said 500 for allowance but basically you get 400 below itself. Very poor allowance compared to other organisations. 4) People who are recruited are given very less hikes first year disregarding how well you perform. It will be 2-3% max the first year. Very bad policy for hard working employees. When you ask why, they just say it's company policy . 5) No hikes during 2021. Facts are hidden . No proper reach or info to employees. So basically no hike in 2 years for newly joined. 6) 10 per of fixed pay is your variable pay . Nearly 30k is your health insurance. Many organisations give health insurance as a benefit not including in CTC. Very bad salary structure. 7 ) Huge acquisitions by company every year. Sometimes to be top you forget the basics , if you value your employees like your customers/acquisitions your company will always grow to the top .

With that being said, FIS is not immune from the financial impact the pandemic has had on businesses globally. As a result, we are facing an unusual compensation year for 2021. We also see you’ve listed yourself as a current employee. Pros

Absolutely nothing except the proximity to the near by Metro Station

Cons

Worst management Unprofessional HR 's No truth is told during the interviews . Dirty politics, they behave as though company is running only because of few old employees. No process, highly unprofessional people with no basic manners and ethics. Such incapable stupid people are made as managers who does even know their duties and talks nonsense most of the times. Expectations from new joiner is to launch a rocket without even knowing what and how a rocket looks like. Requirmensts keeps changing even after development. People are highly frustrated , many are absconding or have left or on notice period within 6 months of joining. High attrition that you would have never come across in any company. No work life balance people have to sit in office till late nights and fake promises are made talking about making process right. The cons are never ending, one can write a book about how exactly it works. One advise to anyone is to think 100times before you join here.. Don't screw up your career. And please be noted this is sunguard and the office is located at infantry road. I have heard the Whitefield one as good. Incase If you are reading good reviews it's applicable only for the Whitefield branch.

Cheating, cheating, cheating, cheating

Cons

Bad HR practice, F& F after 60 days from releiving day, Relieving letter after 60days of releiving day Harassment to employees No good work culture Late nights working Micro management Once you resigned, you will cheated by not sending f&f, relieving letter etc., No response to email Before joining, after resigning also cheating. Hidden salary structure by saying management allowance which you won't get anyway.
