Employees have the option to choose from over 3,000 sessions which are identified by the Learning team or Skillport’s learning plans. Offerings vary from IT Courseware to Business Skills Courseware to Desktop Skills and are based on the needs of the business. Additionally, employee training is monitored and reported each month in an effort to track against the mandatory 24-hour Capability Maturity Model (CMM)[1].
