Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate hearing from our employees as we continually look for ways to enhance the FIS experience. We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the environment – and the team, and hope that you continue to share your insights, suggestions and ideas in the days ahead. We are passionate about learning, growth and development. As such, we provide each employee with various opportunities to learn throughout the year in the form of classroom training sessions and eLearning. Employees have the option to choose from over 3,000 sessions which are identified by the Learning team or Skillport’s learning plans. Offerings vary from IT Courseware to Business Skills Courseware to Desktop Skills and are based on the needs of the business. Additionally, employee training is monitored and reported each month in an effort to track against the mandatory 24-hour Capability Maturity Model (CMM)[1]. We hope the points above reassure you that we truly value the development of our employees and we encourage you to reach out for additional support, or to provide suggestions. Thank you.

Pros

Too relaxed life with no work or with technologies of stone age.

Cons

Nothing new to learn at all. Too much of interference in technical aspect by non technical peoples who don't know head and tail of what they are talking about. Too many insecure peoples spoil the working environment for you. Seems like everybody is scared of his/her supervisor and transformed into some high-school girl on eye contact with their supervisors.

Pros

Flexible Work Hours, Intelligent, helpful, understanding Co-Workers and friendly Management. Company encourages giving back to the local communities and has a large involvement with various charities. Top Rated Fin tech company year over year and is growing rapidly in overseas markets. Computer Equipment and facilities are a little out dated but overall a nice place to go to work each day. Management helps workers get attention for urgent business matters and genuinely care that their voice is heard to get points across to other business owners.

Cons

Required Weekend Oncall shifts for Analysts and expected to work a few holidays per year. Employee growth is mostly self driven and advancement in promotions varies widely from group to group and position to position. Promotion pay is not in line with national averages for advanced opportunities. Large Corporation means yearly raises are only basic at 2.5% on average. There are large communication gap between internal teams and documentation is very poor from Business teams turning over to Production support teams.
