There are a lot of reasons to join FIS. 1. Little to none work pressure 2. Amazing senior colleagues who go out of the way to help new joinees 3. Great Facility, with a private cafeteria area + game room. 4. Flexible timings and the list can go on

Hectic environment, management changes constantly, managers never get training. Many managers got promoted by being friends of bosses. Poor health insurance.
