Pros

It's a regular pay check.

Cons

Poor leadership. Facility morale starts at the top and flows downhill. Train-to-fail mentality. Management and training staff alike play favorites. Agency screwed up pay and retirement big time, but the employee suffers the consequences with no apology. Union useless and too preoccupied with their own agenda.

Pros

Good pay and the benefits are really good. I feel proud to be an Air traffic controller and ensure the safe transportation of people. I feel my work is contributing to the economy as well.

Cons

The cry babies always complaining to the union. Working all holidays, nights weekends and unbelievable racism was abundant. Everybody is stressed out and angry with each other.
