The use of their position for power control, holding back of employees due to personal feelings. Stagnation in growth and movement if you don't comply to mistreat others

Pros

Great government benefits…pay, retirement, TSP, and working conditions.

Cons

Managers are inexperienced and lack basic leadership skills, resulting in little or no trust from subordinates. Aviation Safety Inspectors are anchored to their desks, instead of being out in the NAS!
