Pros

Very fast paced and exciting place to work, I learned so much about the aviation field. I definitely appreciate the opportunity to be a part of something so special.

Cons

I felt out of place being the only african american and the only women at my airport. Nothing against the field it self just wasn't for me.

Pros

Extensive knowledge gained, amazing income potential, great benefits, and you get to have a rewarding career with great retirement options.

Cons

You have to get through the academy with at least a 70. There is a lot of information to learn in a short period of time. I don't think the academy should be graded as you will get training on how your facility wants you to operate when you get there.
