Pros
The schedules are pretty flexible depending on your manager. There's an affordable on-site gym, cafeteria, and the location is great near Alliance Town Center. The people are pretty nice and it's an enjoyable place to work. Despite the cons, this is probably one of the best agencies I've had the opportunity to be apart of.
Cons
At the end of the day, this is just an Admin position. Tele-work isn't available to us because we're "just Admin". The 4-10 work schedule isn't available to us because we're "just Admin". There are ZERO pay-band advances for this position. It's simply E band. You will have to apply for something else for better pay (somewhere in ATO). The only raises for this position are the union raises (usually 1% in June) and whatever the President decides federal employees should get in January (usually 1% as well). This is great for getting your foot in the door and moving on ASAP, but not meant to make money or for an actual career.
