challenging learning environment, extensive training and promotion based salary scale. Must move to advance.

Pros

Government employment has great benefits, pension and a 401K, lots of vacation days and sick leave. Dental and vision also available.

Cons

Very few jobs for those who aren't either an air traffic controller or a technician. When an alternative job does come available politics prevail over ability.
