Pros

Job stability and good pay with 401K. Lots and lots of training, mostly in Oklahoma. If you want to travel to the "Dark Side"there's room for advancement, but only if you're in the regional office or Washington. Out in the field, forget about it.

Cons

Upper management is a joke! They expect total loyalty from field employees but give ZERO in return. They only stay in a position for two or three years before they move on, so they don't have to live with their poor decisions, but you do It's only about the metrics, not the real world. Pay raises in the past few years have been 0% to 1%. You lose ground every year to increases in benefit cost and inflation. You have no control, high performers and poor performers get the same, except, poor performers get promoted to manament.

Pros

There are many different career fields, providing opportunities for many people at both the entry level as well as the experienced. The pay is good and the benefits are great.

Cons

You are restricted by policy and procedures. Your ability to move up is good, but you will often have to compromise position to keep on an upward path.
