Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for training and learning new skills and gaining experience. There are many senior leaders who can mentor you and help you develop into a career that fits your skills.

Cons

Promotions are hard to receive and the process is not clear. There needs to be more accountability from the top down as well as communication. Poor performers need to be held accountable.
