Pros

One of the best reasons that I enjoy working for the FAA is that atmosphere. The FAA expects to hire individuals that are capable of performing the job with minimal supervision except for major projects. They provide the tools, knowledge and training to be successful. Only thing I had to bring to the table was my love to learn, energy to meet objectives and open mind in dealing with whichever personality type I come into contact with.

Cons

The only cons I have is dependent on personality. The job expects you too be a self motivator. There are times that individuals cherry pick task to sign off.
