Pros

Everyone gets the training that they need. Safety is taken very seriously. The pay is on par with the Department of Defense. Most employees are prior military. Benefits are great.

Cons

Unless you are willing to change locations frequently to chase promotions or have someone in management pulling strings for you it is a dead end job. People are human and the tendency for some people to receive all of the perks and unfair advantages will be witnessed just like anywhere else.
