Pros

Wonderful place to work. Promotional opportunities. Great Pay

Cons

Could use refresher training. Sometimes you take a course and then not work on the equipment for several years. It would be nice to have annual or bi-annual refresher training on all equipment. Also in my unit, there are two deadbeats who do nothing. It would be nice if management would quit tip-toeing around them and get rid of them. There are plenty of people who would love their jobs. Its deplorable
